Cancellation Policy

 

At thekc360, we providethe facility to the customers for cancelling the order if they change their mind regarding the purchase. The button to cancel the order is provided at the order details page.

Please note that order cancellation from website can only be done until the order is not invoiced. Once the order is invoiced, the cancel feature will no longer be available and in case the cancellation is required, then the customer need to contact us from contact us page and provide the below information.

1. Customer Name and Mobile.

2. Order Id

The sales support team will then examine the details and based on the order status, take the appropriate action.

Once the order is delivered, then no cancellation request will be entertained and the customer needs to go through the Returns and Exchange Policy for further actions.
