As of now, the products available at thekc360 are not eligible for returns.

 

Exchange

In case the product is faulty or the wrong product is delivered then it can be exchanged with a new item of the same product.

For filling exchange, customers have to report the same within the exchange period of 5 days from delivery date by writing to us at our support email address support@thekc360.com. Please note that the below information must be provided for filling exchange.

Once the exchange period is passed, no exchange request will be entertained.
